Katelyn Tuohy, who was one of the fastest high school runners in U.S. history, has continued her dominance at the NCAA level with N.C. State University, winning both races she’s completed this fall, including a win at the prestigious Nuttycombe Invitational in Wisconsin on Oct. 14.
