Audiences are now consuming seven times more than in 2012, which is largely a result of a five-fold increase in women’s fixtures being broadcast live on mainstream television compared to a decade ago.
According to UK-based charity the Women’s Sport Trust, a record 325 million hours of women’s sport have been consumed in 2022, up from just 19.1 million 10 years ago, when it first started collecting such data. Read More
