The 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup is set to kick off in Australia and New Zealand on July 20. The eighth iteration of the tournament will feature 32 participating nations for the first time in the competition’s history. The U.S. women’s national team are reigning World Cup champions and they’ll strive to win their fifth cup, and third consecutive, after winning it all in 2015 and 2019.
