👍 This week our highlight goes to the Wales women’s national soccer team who now have an equal pay deal along with the national men’s team.

👎 This week we give a thumbs down to U.S. Soccer Federation who, due to past misconduct, has had to develop a “safe soccer certification” program that, it hopes, will curtail coach misconduct at all levels of the game.
