Serena Williams and star names aim to make their mark in US women’s soccer

Williams, Natalie Portman, Mia Hamm, Abby Wambach, Eva Longoria, Billie Jean King, and Uzo Aduba all own equity in Angel City, along with dozens of other high-profile women after backing the Angel City project, with former England footballer Eni Aluko hired as the club’s first sporting director.
