Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden, Ducks women’s coach Kelly Graves, Oregon State women’s coach Scott Rueck and representatives from the Thorns and Trail Blazers pitched WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert on an expansion team in Portland.
